Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
